Whether you’re leaving a home you’ve lived in for years or moving into a new place, our move in/move out cleaning service takes one major task off your plate. For move-out cleaning, we make sure you leave your old home in pristine condition. This is especially important when you’re dealing with security deposits or want to leave a good impression for the next occupants. We clean everything the new residents will touch, see, or use – from scrubbing down appliances to deep cleaning bathrooms and making sure floors shine.

Move-in cleaning is all about making your new space truly yours. Even in homes that appear clean, you’d be surprised what we find when we dig deeper. Previous occupants have different cleaning standards, and what looks acceptable might not meet your expectations. We clean inside cabinets and drawers, sanitize all surfaces, and make sure every room feels fresh and ready for your family.

Both services can be customized based on your specific needs and timeline. We work around moving schedules and can often accommodate last-minute requests. The goal is simple: help make your transition as smooth as possible while ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness.

*Please note : We do not climb higher than a two-step ladder. Higher items will only be dusted with an extension duster. Most homes have at least one chandelier or vaulted ceiling fan that we cannot reach by hand. We are unable to guarantee the results of mini-blind cleaning. Excessive build-up may require extra attention, resulting in an additional charge. Please allow for some dust re-settlement after we leave, we try to limit the dust in the air but cannot prevent the entirely.
